This program is designed to teach students to perform effectively on the financial and real estate markets. Students will learn all aspects of mortgage process including loan origination an processing. They will also be provided with complete introduction to the field of real estate career. This is the basis required for a student to obtain a Real Estate Salesperson License. The combination of mortgage and real estate concepts and practices will enable the graduates to widen their professional outlook and increase their odds for employment in the financial and/or real estate market. Upon successful completion of this program a student will:

Gain a broad b ase of knowledge about the mortgage process and various methods of financing real estate transactions;
Understand mortgage industry trends and mortgage process from application to closing;
Learn about current legal issues as they relate to real estate practices and their impact on relationships between buyers, sellers, and licensees;
Cover the newest ways to incorporate technological advancements with traditional marketing strategies to meet real estate consumer needs;
To be able to take PA or NJ State Salesperson Licensing Exam
Job placement assistance is provided to all gradutes.
